Your private AI confidant gets to know you through conversation, builds your profile, and writes an honest compatibility brief for each person we think you'd click with. You decide who to connect with. Names and photos unlock only after you both opt in.
In the Connections tab, swipe a connection to Report or Block. Inside any chat, tap the ••• menu for the same options. Reporting also blocks the person, and blocked people never reappear.
Open Profile → Edit → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, connections, and messages.
thestart only introduces you to real people near you — we don't use fake profiles. If your area is still filling in, tap "See a sample brief" on the Discover tab to preview the experience, and check back soon.
